Saskatoon & Liberia

HelpingMinistries currently serves communities in Saskatoon (Canada) and Liberia (West Africa). Our programs strive to create a supportive and empowering community. Our focus on holistic help ensures that everyone from families to local organizations have the resources they need to succeed.

We believe in supporting the whole person spiritually, physically, emotionally, and intellectually, so individuals, families, and communities can thrive.

Helping families and individuals overcome life challenges through emotional support, child protection, family counseling, and basic needs assistance.

Institutional Support

Strengthening churches, schools, and community organizations through leadership development, training programs, and administrative support.

Resource Assistance

Providing scholarships, grants, economic support, water projects, and fundraising programs to support families and institutions.

Deaf Community Church Support

Partnering with Ebenezer Baptist Church to ensure the Deaf community can worship in American Sign Language, cultivating Deaf leadership within the Church's mission.

ChurchRide Project

A volunteer-driven transportation network ensuring no one is isolated from fellowship. Serving Deaf families, immigrants, seniors, and underserved populations.

Family Ministry Initiatives

Respite Ministry

A sanctuary of rest with professional care from teachers, nurses, social workers, and pastors. Supporting families and preventing caregiver burnout.

Trauma Healing

Using "Healing the Wounds of the Heart" curriculum to help the Deaf community, newcomers, and refugees process displacement and crisis through Christ-centered care.

Empowerment Pipeline

Grocery support, financial assistance, professional development, and prayer support for families identified through our care ministries.

Mission in Liberia

Sustainable change in Liberia happens through deep-rooted collaboration with local churches and Liberian-led organizations.

The flagship initiative solving the transportation crisis on Sunday mornings. Our primary tool for evangelism and community entry, connecting vulnerable families to resources.
