Prezton is a social work professional, servant-leader, and visionary with over 17 years of experience dedicated to strengthening families, empowering communities, and supporting the local church.

Holding both a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree, he serves as Co-Founder and Executive Director of HelpingMinistries Incorporated. In this role, he leverages his extensive background in social work, trauma-informed care, and strategic leadership, along with his personal experiences of suffering and blessing, to deepen community impact.

Prezton advocates for people with special abilities, encouraging inclusive environments. His visionary leadership and deep-rooted loyalty to service drive his mission to build strong families and institutional structures, providing holistic support for them to thrive.

Visionary Leadership & Partnership Coordination:Prezton also serves as the organization’s Visionary, Executive Director and is also a Co-Founder/Class A member. He utilizes his background in social work, administrative support, and trauma-informed care to build the institutional structures necessary for family and community empowerment.

Marcia has twenty years of experience as a classroom, resource, and special program teacher, focusing on students with complex needs. She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree specializing in autism and youth mental health. As a Metis woman and a parent of a child with multiple disabilities, Marcia brings a personal understanding of the importance of community support.

She is also a proven advocate who has successfully worked with the Saskatchewan government to secure medical funding for children. Marcia enjoys being part of a team and is excited to use her knowledge and experience to support the work of this organization.

Advocacy & Educational Strategy: Marcia provides strategic oversight for inclusive education, using her experience in youth mental health and government advocacy to shape programs for students with complex needs.

Douglas is a dedicated professional at ASL Paving Ltd. He brings expertise, integrity, and a strong commitment to quality in the paving and construction industry.

Passionate about giving back, he actively supports charitable initiatives and community development projects which strengthen local neighborhoods as well as improve infrastructure for families in need. As a proud husband in a loving marriage, Douglas is grounded by strong family values and strives to make a positive impact both professionally and through meaningful community services.

Infrastructure & Fiscal Stewardship: Douglas oversees financial integrity while applying his professional expertise in construction to guide community development projects and local infrastructure improvements.

Margaret Owusu is a compassionate and dedicated health worker and qualified nurse with over 40 years of experience caring for vulnerable populations in hospitals across Africa, particularly in Ghana.

Madam Margaret is a seasoned health professional with extensive knowledge in pharmacy. She operates a community-focused pharmacy which addresses local healthcare needs while continuing to provide advisory services and support to those around her.

Spiritual Support & Community Health:Margaret draws on her more than 40 years of combined nursing and pharmacy experience to deliver holistic care. She integrates professional medical expertise with compassionate spiritual guidance to support the well-being of vulnerable populations.

Angel is an experienced operations and property management professional, founder of NestWise Strategies, and current manager of a nonprofit housing portfolio in British Columbia, bringing a governance-focused perspective rooted in organizational development and strategic oversight.

She specializes in building sustainable structures through policy development, financial oversight, and risk management, combining practical operational insight with a values-based approach to support board-level decision making and accountability.

Compliance & Governance Operations:Angel Graitson leads the organization’s operational sustainability, focusing on policy development, risk management, and the strategic oversight of nonprofit housing portfolios.

Ambassador Konateh is a Liberian Deaf advocate with more than 15 years of experience championing inclusion, accessibility, and sign language rights across Africa, particularly in Ghana, Cape Verde, and Liberia. Through his leadership and extensive outreach programs, he has empowered countless individuals by improving access to education and equal opportunities, earning wide recognition for his dedication to the Deaf community.

Alongside his wife, Wubu Hendricks, a specialist in Deaf education, he co-leads the Wubu Foundation for Deaf Children Development International, an organization dedicated to providing essential resources and support services which help Deaf children thrive. Driven by a vision for equality, Ambassador Konateh continues to lead regional efforts to build a more accessible and inclusive society.

Inclusion & Global Accessibility:Abdullah Tani Konateh drives the strategic mission for sign language, Deaf education, equal rights, and international accessibility, ensuring that inclusion remains at the heart of all organizational decision making.

Kent has been a dedicated member of Universal Outreach Foundation since 2008, where he focuses on strategic planning and program development. With a passion for equality and social impact, Kent is committed to creating programs which are accountable, transparent and effective.

Kent brings over 17 years of experience in development work and holds certificates in International Development and Project Management from the University of British Columbia.

Community Development & Accountability: Kent Gregory Bubbs Jr. supports the strategic planning of international development, ensuring all programs are transparent, measurable, and effective.
